Dear. I have them too.. it's quite common to develop these bumps along the upper arms.. so you're not alone! ;)
Often, when we apply soap to our bodies, it is not sufficient to remove all the layers of dirt, oil, dead skin cells and sebum blocking our pores. The answer lies in exfoliation. All you need to do is to scrub your arms with a loofah or washcloth when in the shower. Apply soap, scrub your entire body well, concentrating on that area, and wash off. Your soap will also foam up much more, with the result that you will need to use less soap while bathing!
The benefits of scrubbing are many. Not only does it clean up the skin completely, clearing out pores and enabling your body to pump out toxins more effectively, but it also reduces the likelihood of developing unsightly cellulite. In addition, scrubbing pumps up blood circulation and aids blood flow to the heart.
Treat your body to a wonderful spa-like salt scrub. Salt scrubs are famous for their ability to transform even dry, coarse skin into soft, glowing skin.
Enjoy scrubbing away! ;)

I concur with blueeyedmomma - I have them to an extent as well -and my son has them - they told us he would grow out of it - but he hasn't as of yet. Ditto on the creams don't really seem to help much - the Dr's used to say best remedy for it was winter (because you could wear long sleeve shirts to cover) my poor son would wear long pants and shirts all the way thru summer at times because he was self conscious. Good Luck if this seems to be what you have - and don't worry you probably are noticing it more so then anyone else does...
