You don't. You lose water weight quickly. Real reduction of fat comes from only one formula, in the long run: eat less, move more. In a short period of time, you can shed some pounds, but your body will move into a 'starvation' mode that is very unhealthy. People who do that often binge after and gain all the weight they lost and more. Please think very clearly before embarking on any course of action to 'get skinny fast'

you cant. weight loss needs to be a natural life style change. preferrably a permanent life style change. your body is usually good at staying the way it is when you have a consistent lifestyle. Change the lifestyle and your body changes... get it?
drink a lot of water (the recommended ammount) and eat healthy and more natural foods. Regulate your sleeping patterns and exercise a bit and it will be all good!

SPORTS is the anwer and keep away from junk food. Eat A LOT of fruit and vegretables salads are really good and cereal bars.

eat tuna w/crackers for 3 days then at nite eat a small bit and get out walk or run like someone was after u

just eat rite and count ur calories and exersice 30 min a day go swimming or ride ur bike walk around.just dont stop eating and dont barf up ur food
