You're correct, communism doesn't work. But why can't the U.S. admit that it made food shipments to North Korea in return for testing it's air defense weapons against those missiles? Probably because they don't want the American hog to know about their dealing with one of the (Axis of Evil) countries we keep hearing about.

Why on earth would you want it to function correctly? If those missiles did hit their targets, Hawaii, California, or even smaller islands in the Pacific would be gone. Then, World War III.
