If you feel a sexual chemistry to someone, is the other person also feeling a chemistry to you?

What if all of the body language is there, and when you are in the same room together, ( a group setting for instance, it is like disorienting) Like we are both trying to catch secret stares at each other without anyone else noticing. Its truly wild?

Nope. Sometimes one is quite delusional in this regard and see's things that aren't there. Unless, the other person is showing clear signs of attraction. i.e. laughing at your jokes, genuinely interested in what you are saying and asks you to tell more, trying to touch you, "flirting", etc. The best way to check is to have an unbiased third party see if there is chemistry. Also, try asking the other person's close friend what this person thinks of you. Depends on whether this close friend is really a close friend or not though.

WELL ... actually, the best way to check is just to ask the other person out. If rejected, s/he didn't feel the chemistry you were feeling. If not, hey, something must have been there.

Hope that helps!

Oh, that would be great, wouldn't it? Unfortunately most of the time they don't have a clue. This causes a lot of problems with stalking and unwanted attention. The person feeling the attraction can't believe that the other isn't feeling exactly the same thing.

Well, there are tell tale signs if a person does like you back or if chemistry is present. Body language, there are signs like constant touch, flipping of the hair, close proximity. There are also other ways to tell, heightened state of excitement, pupil dilation, voice change, increased heart rate....keep an eye out for some if not ALL these signs....maybe there is chemistry.

man...just had this experience actually. its completely possible that the chemistry you feel..is one-sided. has happened to me oh so many times. heard of a crush? yup. thats what happens.

and if they DO have the same chemistry thing going on, you'll notice they are excited when they around you, if you join the group they wanna be around you, or will pivot towards you, make jokes with you laugh, smile alot, make excuses to talk to you, try and make excuses to see you later, they will also want to know EVERYTHING about you, and try and create things that you have in common.

If the matching is meant to be. Just because one person has a fantasy about another doesn't mean the other person knows that the first one exists

99% of the time if you feel sexual chemistry the man will also.. Usually if the man doesn't feel the same way is because they are gay or under too much stress!!

I can't really describe it because it's a unique, individual experience, but you are somehow able to feel if the other person is sexually attracted to you. You feel a spark and it's not describable through words. =]

Obviously the other person can also feel it - if he is not responding to u it either means he is ignoring you or he wants to test ur feelings or maybe he wants to see if u make the first move or he doesn't want to hurt u.

Not necessarily. Ever hear of unrequited desire(some call it love some call it sexual desire) that's when you want someone but they don't want you. The best kind is when you both want each other whether it is love or sex.
