I couldn't resist. Now, I wish I had.
That is one of the saddest things I have ever seen in my life!
How could we be so engulfed in our petty prolems to not help someone who is literally starving to death?!
I feel we should help those in need...
It's just difficult to find an honest organization that will actually put the money donated to people such as this man who truly need it.
I literally cry for these people...

That isn't the worst thing i've seen, but pretty close to the top of the list. Try having you only son get run over two doors away from your house, in broad daylight, and die.

Perfect example of what HIV/AIDS, malnourishment, and life in a 3rd world country will do to the human body..
Im really not shocked, patients in the late stages of AIDS tend to look this way..
