The Wall, because of all that encompassed it. To begin with it was an autobiography of sorts for Roger Waters. The Movie is outstanding and the tour was one of the most epic tours ever in the history of rock.
The Dark Side of the Moon is great by itself. One could easily say that there would not have been The Wall without The Dark Side of the Moon. But I look at it as The Wall being Pink Floyd at their peak. Between Animals and The Wall was the peak of Pink Floyd musically in my opinion. But I love all Pink Floyd in my opinion the best band of all time.

Dark Side Of The Moon is the classic. It probably about the best album ever made. Every song is great!
The Wall has a few great songs, particularly Another Brick In The Wall. Love the guitar solo. (Its actually a blues scale and is easy to play on guitar.) But a lot of the album is boring. The movie is very boring.

I love "Dark Side of the Moon" so much, I helped to record an a cappella version of the entire album last year- check it out at http://www.darksidevoices.com/. You'll love it.
All voices, no instruments and it was nominated for a well-known a cappella award on CASA. A close friend of mine was the music director/arranger and chose it because of the themes and lushness of the instrumentation, which is why it could work for voices. I personally love it for the emotional content ans symbolism.

I prefer "The Wall" due to the exceptional lyrics. Plus, any song that has "2!" incredible guitar solos like Comfortably Numb gives me shivers.
