You actually put my brain in a twist. What you have eliminated in your question is the personal strength of the man or woman interacting with said confident person. A woman who is intimidated by a confident man is possibly demure, maybe shy and sort of how do you say, "hesitant." She may even have a little bit of insecurity. If she is a traditional woman she will not respond to someone who intimidates her. Confident does not necessarity equal intimidating. It all depends on how each one of us perceives ourselves MORESO than other people. Okay. I think my brain is hereby untwisted. Confidence is so very attractive. Intimidation is a defense emotion: conquer it or walk away. Yep. Peace.

I think that us as woman can sometimes be intimidated by a mans confidence. I think the reason why is because most woman are not secure about the way they look. I think that mainly it is society that plays a part. Because the picture of a perfect woman or a perfect man surrounds us in TV and magazines. So of course that is going to make us feel as if we will never be as pretty or skinny as those girls or guys. But in reality our lives have no touch up photo fixers that make us look like what we are not.

whoa this questions is confusing!!
i guess the short answer would be yes. it does make sense that if one works the other should follow.
but again..most women AREN'T intimidated by confident men..they prefer them. But it still could be that a women who is also insecure prefers her men like herself..insecure.
I actually have a friend who is insecure about her looks and so is her boyfriend. but as a person she's very confident. so...it really depends.

Rarely is a woman intimidated by a confident man, usually if a woman feels intimidated, it will be by a man who is overbearing or just plain scary.

yes she is insecure, confidence is just making one self feel better. It may seem intimidating, but it truly is not. If everyone focused on ones self the world wouldn't be so intimidating. Focus more on I and Me than You. Stand up for yourself, dont let people walk all over you. Im not nessarily pointing the finger at YOU(doesnt that sound iffy) im just pointing out whats in my head thats all.

All females are insecure. They either:
1. Try to dominate you in the workplace and undermine you with whispers and slander.
2. They holler and scream like little children to get their way.
3. They act passive-aggressive in order to avoid talking to you.
4. Overact when they like you. They get aggressive and pushy, b/c they don't want to take rejection by you.
5. They dress like a sleazebag to get attention.
6. They draw attention to themselves by laughing loudly or screaming, like in a mall. (don't ask me why insecure women do this)
A woman isn't a woman until at least age 25, when the world has crushed her spirit, and she is getting visibly older and can't play games with men anymore. And if they still act like this after 25, they should all be in a mental ward.

Males feel insecure when they feel threathen by both males and females, but even more by a female.
Females feel insecure the same as men but, more so towards men.
