Assuming that you don't look super-young, there should be no questions asked at the theater. I mean it's not like you would have any ID at age 12 or 13 anyway, what are they going to do, ask for your birth certificate?! So, yes, I would say that you would be able to get in.

Depends on what the content of the movie is, how mature you are in handling it, and what *gasp* your parents think. Most movies specify what makes them anything other than "G" underneath or beside the rating. Look at what it says. If it is something that you have experienced before (crude humor, for example, is not too unusual in 12-year olds), it's probably not going to be traumatic.

Yes, there is no way to ID a 13 year old and it is Parents Strongly Cautioned for Childern under 13.

Technically no, but most theatre chains don't check ID for PG-13 movies.

It should totally be up to the parents, if the parents say its okay to see the movie without them then the kids should be able to see it. Besides its only a one year difference.

Yes parental guidance is suggested but not mandatory, ticket people only check ID's for R and NC-17

I'm sure you can get in as most 13 year olds do not have an ID. However, some discriminating theaters will not allow it if they have any doubt at all as to your age.

You could go see an R rated movie, as long as your parents bought the tickets. If your buying the tickets, then they wont care.
