I mean a pregnancy that did not involve drugs or artificial insemination.

Sorry my wording is so awkward....are quadruplets, quintuplets, etc the highest ever conceived and delivered?

The Dionne Quintuplets were the only known identical Quintuplets ever born...so I think it would be five..the most with fertility treatments is 15.....none survived

I think the highest is 7 babies to a couple in the US.

There was a movie about a multiple birth in the 1920s where they were born prematurely and they kept them warm by their wood fire stove....... cant remember but i think it was 5
