This quote says history repeats itself. For example, the extinct island nation of Rapa Nui, or Easter Island, led itself to its demise through continued use of its limited resources and ignorance of other possibilities, even though they were an advanced culture for the time. For their statues they used stone, which they could have easily used for houses. But instead, they utilized the island's limited resource of trees to transport the stone and to build their houses, letting the fertile topsoil of the island wash away. This cut off their food supply and they starved to death.
This same instance can easily happen with the United States with their limited and non-renewable resource of oil. If they continue to use it as their chief fuel supply, they will eventually "starve" and not have any oil left to power their country, not to mention pollute and destroy the environment with its constant use. If the States do not change their ways with their resources of power, and they do have the technological advances to do so, then history will indeed find a way to repeat itself.

whew. even as someone needs lots like there are too tremendous expectancies, he starts to get problematical over it. Feeling depressing with existence. Torn between the actuality (that is harsh and undesirable as commonly seen) and each and each and every of our expectancies, that's a situation too. with a view to quit from aggravating or having that style of situation, the fellow has to regulate his attitude and emotions in the direction of the area. He might want to both lean on the actuality and settle for it completely and give way no extra for expectancies that would purely disappoint him. Or, believe something is achievable (for good applications) and starts to force in the direction of that and molding it to actuality. those 2 provide adequate stability than to be torn between both. even if, if someone's' dream is for good reason and that is truly teh favor of the middle, he must believe in it and artwork in the direction of it. The e book The Alchemist says "The universe will conspire that you'll earnings your heart's favor." even if it relies upon on the area. desire that permits.

Ever heard the qoute "Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it."? This is kind of the same thing. The author is saying that we will repeat the mistakes we made in the past, in our future.
