I don't think postage has gone up. They are proposing a 3 cent increase, but if passed it won't go into effect until Spring 07.

The average delivery time is 2-3 business days, meaning Friday the 7th is your target day. BTW there are Letter Carriers working 365 days a year and if you had sent your item via Express mail on the third then one of those nice Letter Carriers would have delivered your item on the fourth, guaranteed or your money back. Do I sound too much like a commercial? Yikes!

actually there is mail in transit on july 4 I know I drive a contract for the postal service and I worked on the fourth most contracts do it will take about a week to get to it's destination try July 10 maybe 11 because the mail also moves on Saturday and Sunday even though you don't have it delivered on Sunday it moves oh and one more thing postage has gone up so you may get the letter back for insufficient postage so it will take that much longer

The nice is used to pay Wal Mart for the expenses linked with operating a loss prevention branch. i'd be stunned if it replaced into over $500 and would wager that it will be round $250. the concept is that at the same time as the loss prevention friends were coping with you, different shoplifters were strolling out of the keep with different merchandise. in case you hadn't tried to scouse borrow your merchandise, they'd were able to spotlight human beings. It also serves as a deterrent. they're hoping that you received't do it lower back . . . and that you're going to inform others now to not do it. in case you do not pay, they could ask the close by prosecutor to document criminal expenses adverse to you. Then could also document a civil action adverse to you. through paying the nice, you're in reality conserving the count number between you and Wal Mart. (If a criminal and/or civil action replaced into filed adverse to you, it will be a count number of public record - so your ability destiny company ten years from now might want to locate it.)
