That could be very tough if you're looking for the music for your own film. You need to get all the permissions, etc.Sometimes it's even a real pain finding out who owns the music. It would be alot easier to either make your own, or find a friend that could do it. Also, it would be cheaper to make your own. Buying the rights could be pretty pricey.

Check out anything that is done by Danny Elfman. Not always horror but Corpse Bride was done by him as well as the Simpson's theme song. If you like that try finding stuff by his old band Oingo Boingo.
Cool Soundtrack also is from A Clockwork Orange.
