The "manager" there won't give me any names above her to contact for resolution of my problem. Any ideas on how to go above her head?

BBB, like someone already said...i used them to resolve a HUGE issue with marathon (basically these guys helped my broken down car get off the city streets and they took it apart under the hood w/out me telling them too and wanted money for it!). Once the owner heard I contacted the BBB she stepped up and helped me out....

i know of someone who makes wedding dresses if you have any problems....i know she could probably fix anything if they won't.....she is making my wedding dress and is amazing!!
