If you are uncomfortable because you are past menopause and have a moisture problem, use some warming k y lotion to make things work a little smoother. Heck, even if you don't, that can be fun!
Don't forget protection if you aren't 100% sure your partner is disease free. Just because you most likely won't get pregnant does not mean you can forget safety. (And there are cases of menopause babies!)

Yes, orgasms are not determined by age, especially for women, it may be harder to have one but it's definitely not impossible.
