Frank doesn't see the big picture and his answer is just regurgitation from his NeoCon party. The Patriot Act is just another set of laws to control the masses in the name of security and safety. But all it does is restrict and erode our rights and freedoms. It has done nothing to help us.
As Ben Franklin put it - "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty."

The Patriot gave the US a chance to play the mind cops.If we know what you read and watch. Then you know we have a record of what you are thinking. Lets call it the Big Brother Act. How sad that this happen because of a national tragedy.

The only people I know that have a problem with the Patriot Act are the ones who either have something to hide like their membership in the Democratic Party or are paranoid that the FBI is gonna find out that your really an elitist dope smokin' Liberal weasel!

Some portions of the PATRIOT ACT make sense. Applying a wiretap to an individual rather than one phone for instance.
Unfortunately, everything else is just a power grab by big government.
