I am in pharmacy school and i want to open up a booth selling otc drugs in a flea market type setting in texas

for fun. are there any restrictions?

In MA and CT have to be licensed- you really should review your "Pharmacy Law" class notes! If you get arrested and convicted you may not be able to get your license since it would be a drug related offense. It's a really bad idea. If you are studying to be a pharmacist, you really should have more respect for the seriousness of medications.

Don't ask us...call the city's city hall of the city where you would like to do it in.
