What organic materials cause spontaneous combustion when in contact with liquid oxygen? Would a French fry?

Researching a book, and I keep reading that some organic materials, like grease, can cause spontaneous combustion. If you tossed a French fry onto a puddle of liquid or condensed oxygen, would it burst into flame?
