Just go to myspace.com and register for a new account. They'll take you through the process of getting it all set up, as well as getting your new URL, for free.

Just go to myspace.com and choose to open a new account. Look in the upper right hand corner for "SignUp". The real question is, "How do I pimp my space?"

If you are looking to get your own myspace, there is a "Sign Up" button immediately once you enter the website - http://www.myspace.com
Look for the phrase "Sign Up"...
