extra strength midol, lots of tea with honey (i've learned that honey can calm cramps) and the lil' heating patches that you can peel off the plastic backings and stick them on your tummy/back. they really work and they help out alot.

Acetominophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofin (Advil). If you'd rather not take medication, try going for a walk, or sit in a hot bathtub. If you have a heating pad, put it against your back or stomach, depending on where the cramps are hurting you the most.

My doc recommended a PMS supplement, like from GNC. It does work if you take it every day, there is something in it that helps your muscles with the cramping. Also helps with the moodiness, etc.

laying down with a heating pad on your tummy helps. Take an extra strength tylenol or midol. If all else fails..lay in the fetal position and cry!!

800mg motrin (4 over the counter ibuprofen pills, each is 200mg) and a heating pad. Make sure you take the motrin with food on your stomach.
