Learn a C language for sure and php for most web design should do. Once you get used to the nature of those you can do other similar like python, perl, etc.

Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Russian or German, English.

Most technology design, development, manufacture and support is done is countries which speak these languages.

When you are in contact with suppliers, programmers, contractors and manufacturers, you can eliminate a lot of communications problems by speaking their native language.

Depends on what the business is.

SQL is huge and is involved in most all business. For some of the other languages it depends if it's a programming position or website maintance is your job...
