cuz they're too big and we're too lazy to look for the right size or find a belt cuz its too tedious.

Great Question!
I find it one of THE MOST ridiculous looking customs of young guys today. I say "guys", because having your belt strapped UNDER your butt cheeks, is definitely not something a man would do.
The next question would be.....WHY on earth would any girl find this attractive?

It is my understanding that it started in prison and gangs picked it up, then it became popular with young men all over. I wish it would end and it will eventually.

I guess they think it's kewl.It looks like they have more in there than they do. I just think it is not kewl,they have to pull them up just so they fall down again.Waste of material,money and dumpy
