a blown head gasket will cause one to run really rough all the time,,and yes they will shake,,really bad too,,if all your mount,s are good,,then i would have it checked out,,also you may just need a really good tune up,,the plug,s may be burned so badly that they can't fire good,,this will cause the car to shake too,,there are a lot of thing,s that can cause it,,i hope this give,s you a starting point.

yeah,both engine mount is shot and maybe the tranny mount is broken too.
