Dawson is a good name but think about what cruel little children will say about Skye.

The "Skye" part is a little feminine. But "Dawson" sounds like a strong name.

I like the kind of symbolism behind it, but I think Sky is a little too feminine. What about Dawson Blue. The color can be representative of the sky? Although your son will probably wonder why you coldn't give him a more normal name like Dawson James. Good luck. I know it is hard coming up with names.

Dawson is cute but for me Skye reminds me of a female soap opera actress.

I think I would find a different middle name. How about using a favorite family name? Your husband's? Skye to me sounds a bit girly. I think it's a good idea to use a name that has a bit more meaning. Good luck.
