I was born feb 19, 1975 and some horoscopes say that I am a pisces while others say aquarius. I am on the line so which is it?

If you are born on the cusp, which means that you were born on the day that the sun was moving from one sign to the next, you must do your horoscope chart to find out. It depends on what TIME of the day you were born on and if it was before the sun changed signs or not. The sun does not change signs at midnight on the dot every month and you cannot go by a book if your born on the cusp. Also, you are one sign or the other you are not part of both. You can have characteristics of another sign, but this would be due to your rising sign or moon sign, or a planet in the 1st house of personality not because you are born on the cusp.
Go to www.astro.com do a free sample report and it will give you the information for your sun sign, rising sign, moon sign and most of your planets and houses. You will need your birth date, birth time, (hour and minute, am/pm, this can be found on your birth certificate), and birth place.

You are definitely a Pisces. Pisces does begin on February 19 - March 20. I am a fellow Pisces February 21, 1973. My youngest daughter missed being a Pisces by one day March 21, 2001. Only we were both born on a Wednesday, me in the day, my daughter at night.

Being born on the line or even near the line means you have both signs in you, not just one.
I was born on literally the dead middle day of my sign, Taurus, meaning I am just about 100% fully blooded Taurus.
Since you are born on the line, you are both Pisces and Aquarius.
Read up on both signs and I bet you fit both in many ways but might lack some parts of each.
Rare that someone is fully only one sign, normally only those that are a within a few days of the middle day.
