I do customer support online as a part of my job. If you think this here is bad, you should see the stuff I have to read from people who are supposedly professionals in their field, trying to explain a problem to me so I can assist them. Embrace punctuation!

Really good question. I'd like to know the same thing. It is so annoying when someone writes a very short question, but you have to spend five minuets just to understand what they mean!!!!
