I'm a teenager and I'm small and healthy. But since I'm always playing a sport in other seasons, I feel fat and bad about myself since it's summer and I snack a lot more and excersise a lot less. What can I do to feel good about my body and about myself?

eat healthier snacks, like fruit! also if you do fun exersizes, like swimming, or jumping on a tramoline you will feel great!

I fell the same way sometimes, I look at people that are realy fat on tv and have to have surgey or can't hardly walk and i say hell no I don't want to be like that i have to look good for my man and myself. try to cut back on all the candy and fast food for a while and eat healthy fruit veges do some sit ups, and push every other night promise you it will work just do as I say

Drink lots and lots of water and try to at least exercise a little bit, only since it makes you feel better about yourself.

Exercise, drink lots of water.

And when you are feeling down, write down a list of the things you love about yourself. Could be your eyes, smile, etc.

And when you are feeling down, look at the list! It should make you feel better.

be happy with who you are go swimming to keep in shape dont get down so much on yourself enjoy beeing a teen
