If that is what a truly wanted from life, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind I could achieve it. Regardless of any set backs and failed attempts, I would meet that goal. I'm very determined.
Being powerful and/or famous doesn't suit me though. I'm happy with a more conventional lifestyle. As long as I have enough money to live comfortably, provide a good life for my future family, and have a little extra to splurge with I'm good.
Happiness is my # 1 goal in life, and yes, you must make happiness a goal, or you won't achieve it. =)

To become famous and powerful in the eyes and minds of fools is an empty victory. Establishing positions like these is usually a result of not trying to achieve them. If you would pursue your passion with determination, integrity and morale character while being faithful to your convictions then the acclaim you will receive will be much more valuable than what often is a pipe dream without merit.

I think I can become famous and powerful I want to be a pharmacist and later on be an ambassador for my country Nigeria represent. Yet at the same time if i had to live the quiet life for my family I would do it.

I think that people can become famous and powerful if they want to make the sacrifices to become so. Me, I want the comfortable, peaceful, life because from my experiences, I am not willing to make those sacrifices.

I think I can.
My problem is if I will find the time (because living "peacefully" at my level is a continuous struggle).
If not, I will try again next life.
I would need a sponsor first to open a travel agency - because I feel that people need to have some fun after so much work (and I dream about the funniest holidays in the world).
I will teach people how to relax...I will show them beautiful places and feed them with the most delicious meals...Everybody will dream to meet me and spend a wonderful holiday (WOULD YOU DREAM WITH ME?)

The question isn't "do you want to be rich and powerful>"... the question is "How are you going to accomplish it?"
Everyone would like to have more money. Everyone (well, almost) would love to be famous. Not everyone knows how to do it, or even thinks they ahve to work at it.
To answer your question, though:
Yes, I am going to be wealthy (by most standards) and I have the plan set in place to where- with a bunch of HARD work and effort on my part- it will be accomplished in the next 7 years.

I think anyone on here could be famous and powerful if they try to. People can't just wish for it and expect for it to come true. They have to have ambition and drive and make efforts to become famous and powerful.

I think we all can become famous and powerful, don't judge someone by their physical appearance, because that's wrong. If you want to build a castle in the air, now , put a foundation underneath it. We can be whatever we want to be.

Everyone has delusions about becoming famous and powerful. Just do what you love and love what you do, especially if it helps humanity. If you pour you passion into it you just might become rich and powerful before you know it.
