this boy that i talk 2 went swimming with me and he kept on ticklin me and dunking me then i covered up the spot that he was ticklin me with my hand and he said "i can tickle u in other places"and he was holdind his nosi amd he is a year older than me do u think he likes me, or do you think he was just flirting, or do u think he just thinks as me as a friend

He definately likes you and he likes your reactions when you are tickled. If you enjoy the tickling, that is great! If you do not enoy the tickling, let him know in a respectful way.
If you do enjoy the tickling, make sure that you have your chance to tickle him back. He will probably love it, too!
