If she wants to have sex, but is just afraid, tell her to visit her gynecologist (which she should really do anyway before she has sex - she can get the pill!). If she has a really thick hymen, that's why it might hurt - the doctor can break it for her or give her some info on how to make it hurt less. There might be another reason that it's hurting that a doctor needs to know about.

First of all, both of you are probably too young! For me personally my first time I was 15 and it was a date rape. It was extremely painful. Unfortunately for some girls I don't think it makes a difference what the guy does to try to ease the pain, it will hurt like hell no matter what. If your girlfriend is not ready don't push her it will make the experience that much worse. If you try to be push her it will be RAPE even if she is your girlfriend! When she is completely mature enough and emotionally ready she will let you know.

tell her not to be so nervous.. and also.. try some lube, that might help out a little.. also.. do more "foreplay".. that helps a girl loosen up and also helps lubricate the inside, so it would be less painful!

Sound's to me like she isn't ready yet.Be patient with her she isn't ready.Don't push or force her to have sex because you will live with guilt.When she's ready you'll know.

i would try fourplay...going down on her...stimulating her down below can help, using your fingers first...starting with one..and working up to three...but slowly. Also think about using condoms with lubricant that also helps too.
