Keep track of your time for a week by writing down what you're doing for everything. At the end of the week, look at where you're spending your time. See if there are any items which you could spend less time doing. Day by day, you may not notice how 1/2 an hour spending on one task adds up, but if you look at the week total you'll see how the time adds up compared to the other things you do.

There's a lot of ways to manage time efficiently.It depends on which suit your style and needs. I have read a lot about this topic. From my reading and my experience, you can manage your time effectively by prioritization which means which one is urgent and important. Then try to allocate the times for each tasks to complete. Using calendar to organize your tasks is highly recommended. This will prevents you from losing your track in time for any tasks and avoid last minute cramps.
