She suddenly stopped returning my calls, didn't inform me of conversations with defendant's attorney, at the last minute her assistant told me she wouldn't be with me for the hearing but another lawyer would substitute. Should I fire her? I have a number of family law issues which I specifically hired her for. Please advise asap!

Yes get rid of her... if she is going trough something like this i would.... sorry but your case is more important than her problems right now.... and do it before she causes real damage to your case... her head is somewhere else and she might be sick too.... when you trying to recover from something like this your body and mind get disconected and its hard to make desisions and choices... get rid of her is my advice.good luck.

Lawers are out for their wallets, not for you! Yes, of course fire her. There are plenty of lawers and ones that don't do drugs too!
