To describe those of us who are seriously lacking intelligence? It's a terrible condition.

Quite like it, because those lacking in intelligence wouldn't know who was making fun of them behind their backs...

Nope. Nonintellectual would be closer.
Hypo would indicate that intelligence could be "fed to you"" but of course you are beyond that!
