It has been my habit to always add, "Best wishes" to the end of my answers. Now I see people actually using my own ending against me. wtf I thought it was so great when it was my idea and now I'm beginning to rethink it... what do you think?

What do you mean using it against you? If they're saying "Best wishes" at the end of answers to your questions, that doesn't seem bad to me. After all, they're wishing you well, and if you think they're taking your idea, just remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Who the heck cares. This is a stupid argument anyway. Why am I still on this site, answering these inane questions. Am I really so bored and uncreative that I can think of nothing better to do? Let me see here......What could I do.......Read a book....Watch a movie.....Play some video games.....Sleep.....Ah, sleep, that sounds good. Probably better for me than sitting here and answering these questions. I wonder, should I even bother finishing this answer or just sign out before I'm even done with it? Maybe I should just kinda end this thing mid thought, that would really mess with people. Do people really read these answers to other people's questions or just put their own answers under someone else's without looking to see if the answer they are giving may have been given already? Maybe I should post that question myself....HHHMMMM....That's not a bad idea....I might just do that before I go to sleep tonight and then see how many takers I get on that one. On second thought, I don't really care how many people answer that question, it really has nothing to do with anything....Now that I think of it, this whole answer has nothing to do with the question that was asked. In fact, I have no idea what the question was and am far too tired to bother looking up the four inches to the top of my screen to see what it was so I think I'll just end this shortly and pretend like I have something else to do with my life other than sit here and answer this, and many other, questions.

Hey, Coloryst ~~~ I do appreciate a sign out or somebodies personal comments!.....(I clicked on your avitar after you gave your response to my yeeeeeeee haaaaaa new boots joke because of it.) Funny....then I see that you asked this question. So don't change a thing!..I think any little something that adds that little bit of difference that catches one's eye and sets them aside for originality is a good thing. Makes them seem like they're more caring if there taking the time to add there own little thought. Even if it's the difference between something as simple as an answer of "yeeeeee-haaaaaa" and "Yeeeee-haaaaaa ....Best Wishes."
Everybody can type Yeeeee-haaaaaaa but the point is you put your little zip to the end........so keep zippin' kiddo!
And who cares if someone uses something you wrote....take it as a pat on the back that it cheered them up enough and thought it was a good idea and might set them apart from the rest too.
I mean Hey, do you think the first guy that came up with the
Smiley Face is pissed off or thinkin' that people are going against him because they plaster over 300 smileyface things all over their office walls (hint! hint!). Or do you think he said ..."RIGHT ON"...."somebody loved my idea.........go with it!"

I usually always end my answers with my name. Because
I personally think when I'm reading something good many times I say to myself.......Who just wrote that? (I've already forgotten....then have to look it up.) This way it's there. The last thought of an idea which makes a statement of "remember my name"!

Take care
SmileyCat : )

P.S. That's a nice picture of you! Thumbs up!

The sign out is a nice little touch. It makes the answer a little more personal. Anyone who complains about it needs to get a life. Seriously, why would you "use that against" somebody? I don't get some people. Do what you want. Also, I think the little signout is your little mark that makes your answer a little more individual....it's "your thing."

And to The Doctor above, if you don't want to be on this website, then just go away. Nobody's forcing you or putting a gun to your head.

Just try to ignore the immature people out there. They have such horrible lives that they only feel good when they make others feel bad. There are people out there who do appreciate when you wish them well; just try not to let the other idiots get to you. And best wishes to you!

I bet those are also 11 and 12 year olds who have nothing better to do than make problems with someone who is trying to be nice....
You make people feel good when you sign off like that... Keep it up!

At this point in the advent of humanity, there is no such thing as an original thought, or saying. If you have said it, or wrote it, it is because you have already heard it, or read it.
