minimum age to become a barrista??

i am considering becming a barrista (espresso girl) and i am wondering what the minimum age is, is it 16 or 18...??

You have to be at least 16 to operate the espresso machine, etc.

16 UNLESS you woork in casino that serves booze....then you have to be 18
