Back when I was playing soccer or even coaching, the rule was that the goakeeper could not walk more than 5 steps with the soccer ball in his hands. What is the new rullling in FIFA?

You are right, but that rule was changed. Now, they can walk with the ball in his hands, but can't hold it for more than 6 seconds.
