why can i find a install guide for a 99 camry?

i want to replace my head lamps and they wont come out. and advice??

i want to change the entire housing or atleast remove them to clean them.

The lights inside the housing are replaceable.
Located on the backside of the housing under the hood.
Turn it counter clockwise (left) about 1\4 of a turn. Then it should pull out easily. Unplug it. TADA..
