Keep trying.
During busy times the Internet can get clogged. But, the original intent of the Internet was to handle communication and get around blocks. So keep trying to log on. Wait a few minutes or hours between each attempt. If you still can't log on then contact Yahoo Support.

mine is working just fine. Maybe it's a problem with your ISP or server connection.
