In "Devil Wears Prada", would you have liked the employees to get revenge on their boss like in "9 to 5"? Why?

The employees at Runway looked like pushovers in the movie!

Made me glad not to have THAT job.
The best part was when Andy just walked away in Paris.

I think the employees should have staked out the place, kinda like a lock-down. I don't think they had the 'kahunas' to do that , though!!!
That is a twisted movie. Meryl Streep was good, though.
