True spider veins respond very well to laser treatment especially at the 532nm wavelength (KTP Laser). This modality leaves essentially no scar and is very fast. It requires only topical anesthesia. The veins may require more than one treatment, but as I said each treatment is very fast

When I turned 28 I already had been in pain, embarrassed, and scared of becoming pregnant. I didn't want my big blue varicose veins to get worse. The All Natural Varicose & Spider Vein Solution program was an easy read and easy to do. Within 21 days there was a big difference in how my legs looked and I can wear shorts without feeling embarrassed. I feel so much better with more energy and for giving me back a healthier body, and the legs that a 28 year old should have.

Naturally heal your veins?

I don't know how to get rid of them (but I'm sure if veins on legs can be treated, so can those on the face) BUT you can prevent even more from forming by applying sunscreen daily. Besides, sunscreen prevents wrinkles!

Go to a dermatologist, get Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) or in extreme cases you can get Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT)

On your face... wow, that sucks. Heavy makeup or lazer treatments are the only things I can think of.
