There isn't truly any reason to have an enemy. However, if you have a dislike for another then you are actually giving them power. Why would you want to give them any power over you? Likely you wouldn't right? So, telling them how they hurt you will do nothing but give them power which you don't want them to have. My suggestion to you is simply to ignore them or act nicer than a frilly bow on a flaming bag of dog doo. I have found that it really irritates people when you are super nice to them in public even though they know you hate them....this gives you the power because when they complain about you others say, "They aren't so bad, they never say anything mean about you!" to that person. I personally think this is a much better revenge. Best wishes
