i feel to bad for people like you that are so blinded by hate for bush and republicans that you believe crap like this. bush has done more for sending us down a path to alternative energy fuels then any other president in history. not to mention that if the democrats and all the environazis would have agreed to drilling in ANWAR we wouldnt be having this problem right now. every time a vote has come up in the house or senate it is the DEMOCRATS and the DEMOCRATS alone that have shot down the idea of drilling anywhere on american soil so we dont have to relly so heavily on OPEC. furthermore, america hasnt built a new refinery in 27 years. when you have so much of a product and only a certain number of places that it can be refined that drives up cost. another point is that when you have to many different types of boutique fuels that are REQUIRED by state laws and NOT by the oil companies that also drives up the cost. if people like you would stop for a second and remove your heads from your asses long enough to understand BASIC ECONOMICS you would see that this is a problem created by supply and demand. not by the oil companies

Well, remember that Nixon had a face that looked like a foot, and that was disquieting to everybody, especially the oil cartel people.

These days, Junior is just as dishonest as Nixon, but he still looks like the frat's pledge officer.

So was it really about oil? Not that we are trying to capture oil by helping the Afgan or Iraq nations. Its about supply and demand. If you restrict the supply, by say creating unrest in a nation, than either supply will be hindered or people will hoard and demand will increase. Either way, they are all taking it to the bank. I think its time someone brought up the word monopoly, waste fraud and abuse, or at least conflict of interest.

come on!!!!!

Bush and Cheney are oilmen and their familys and friends are making fortunes on JoeSixpack every time he buys gas! enough? heck no, they also make money every time a bomb is dropped. Not to stop there of course, they then make money feeding their own troops via Haliburton's "Field Services' branch of the company via contracting services with the military.

I'd take a Nixon over a Bush...

Two jailBirds in hand are better than One in-a-Bush.

Didnt you see the movie/docu "Farenheit 9/11"? It says it all. Oil runs in Bush's veins and without it just like any oil dependent engine it'll freeze up and die.....
