Yes I have. And unless you like trendy alternative music concert scenes mixed in with pornographic material, it's really quite a waste of the movie. There's no real story behind it. The couple watch boring concerts and have sex. Whoopie!

The only reason of the hype is because it's meant to be the first of it's kind when an actual actor and actress have real sex in a movie that's not deemed a porno. Funny that it happens to be considered a foreign independant film.

9 Songs" will most likely go down as an oddity in the otherwise semi-mainstream career of director Michael Winterbottom. From the same man who directed "The Claim" and "Jude", "9 Songs" will seem like a slight detour, more of a vanity project than anything else. And yet, for Winterbottom and anyone who has been in the shoes of Matt and Lisa, this is a film that could very well be the most real depiction of a one-night stand that somehow turned into a four-month stand yet.

It is an English movie.. with only scenes of sex and musical concerts.. not really porn but a lot of explicit sex scenes.. no serious plot really... just a couple who met... had sex... then she left... the good point is that the filming of sex scenes is done by rather professional people... unlike everyday porn, the director of that movie is not a porn director... so that the sex scenes are natural ... no close ups.. has some emotions as well... kind of porn that women would prefer really... that movie is strongly praised by women...
