They're ingrown hairs. Nearly everyone gets them.. though it's more commonly associated with, when hair has undergone waxing. All you need to do is use a pumice stone when in the shower. Rub soap on your arms and legs.. and scrub them with the pumice stone. That will, hopefully, reduce ingrown hairs over a period of time. Good luck xx

You could just have darker pigment where your hair grows. You can try exfoliation, get some products or make your own. If you exfoliate skin on your legs should look lighter and smoother.

get some lemons and scrub it on your legs 30 mins before you take a shower!! after 2 weeks they'll be gone!! it also works on uneven skin but youll have to spread it all over!!

you should exfoliate your legs. just scrub them good with some soap.don't expect results over night. do this a couple of times and they'le be gone

It's a sign of aging, hate to admit it. You can put make up or anything else on it to cover it up.

I have them too!!! I have no idea how to get rid of them, but i got used to it and started to wear skirts all the time.
