I am currently trying to create my website and I am having a little problem with it. I am willing to pay for someone to create it for me. I am not rich but am willing to negotiate prices. Please HELP. It would help it the person was in Atlanta, GA but I am not pickey.

I live in Knoxville, if you are interested at all I can do it all for you down to correct marketing to make your site seen all over the internet. The most important thing is marketing in this world. E-mail me back if you are intersted.
I can do this all for really cheap because I'm looking for something more to do in my spare time anyways. Search Engine Optmization is #1 thing to do for a website and I can do it correctly.

I will gladly do a reasonable size website for free.
Examples of work can be provided on request. Just message me here if you want, I am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so I am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise. I have my own hosting server so can offer hosting servers or you can host the site yourselves. You will have complete control and the site can be removed or changed at any time. This is not a scam and I will design a site for FREE, I do not need the money, and enjoy working. If you do want it message me you can tell me what you want and how you want it done and I will help.
ps what is it for? I might have to say no if i do not agree with it but i don't think that will be a problem.
