Stick to that motto. your brother is doing this because he can & knows it hurts you & pisses you off..
Are your parent around- make sure they hear him.... or try to anywayz you can always think of comebacks like niknames your parents use -that he hates-

well y r they calling you names. well here is a good way to get back at them black mail them into something that they will not like or just plan out punk them while they are sleeping some people may say that this is childish but you only live life once and while your younger you can do stupid stuff so go for something stupid and mean and this will cause war war 3 but at least you will have fun doing it lol :D

They figure it out quickly if you're up to something so my suggestion would be to shake it up with a few different ideas.
I used to keep saying "What?" a few times like I didn't hear them or wasn't paying attention...the humor dies out real quick if you have to keep repeating it.
Ignoring or walking away also works.
I did list out a bunch of names I wanted to call him back and called him those names, but that didn't do me much good because we got into a fight. The acting dumb and not paying attention worked better for me

You replace their shampoo with something sticky, like honey. You could also cover them with shaving or whipped cream in their sleep. Another good one is, while they're sleeping, to put their hand in a cup of warm water.

It's hard to do, but ignore them.
