Yes, they just ask you to paste it there so they can find it easily. But do watch as some fields are limited as to size and your paste may be cutoff.

Yes of course you can paste codes in the About me section I almost have everything on there.

yes you can paste codes in;
"who I'd like to meet" = for anything below the "about me" box
"About me" = for anything that modifies the body of the page
"headline" = for the "online now" gifs

yep.... everywhere. just be careful not too put too many things everywhere and overlap everything. you can preview each section before you save it.
