No because at that young age, your mind and stuff aren't fully developed. People always change their minds in the future so it's not good. It's also bad to be thinking of marriage at such a young age. You never want to rush anything, even if you love someone that much.

12 years old hell they cant even decipher what love is let alone enjoy the privalegs of bein a married couple... as they grow they grow to change and for all they know they could fall out of love and find some one else
