He certainly has the means and motive to fake his own death, just as Enron had the means and motive of "silencing" a leak and framing the local authorities to paint it as a suicide:

What I want to know is what was he doing vacationing in Aspen? After stealing that many people's well being, I think he should have be picking up aluminum cans on the side of the road for the rest of his life to make enough money to eat week-old bread.

I could care less if the man is dead. he was a crook and going to get 40 years in prison anyway for that Enron scandal anyway. the Grim Reaper took care of that. now he'll spend eternity in hell for ruining so many lives and being such a greedy f*ck

I think it's kind of funny they quoted his pastor in the news article i read, when they stated the cause of his death.
I also think God just has a really good sense of humor.
