wow... people who answered said that the ideal weight is 50 kilos and above. damn. you see, i'm 160 cm in height but i only weigh 43 kilos. so, i don't really know what the ideal weight is but all i know is that i look proportionate to people back at home. =)

so, 50-53 kg, or approximately 110 pounds.

depends on gender; females should way about 50 kg I believe. males I am not so sure of, also depends on age.
