Which lips? Depending on which, a vacuum cleaner might work. You have to get it just right though, but from what I've heard, once you do it's really good.
Easy to get it wrong, in which case very bad things happen.

I use this roll on liquid called Stung! Cosmetic Lip Plumping Serum. I get it on eBay for $10.00 and it retails for like $75.00 elsewhere. I LOVE this stuff, it REALLY works! I would have duck lips without it! Lol!

They have some awesome lip plumper at Bath and Body works! Try that :) Its on sale right now... sorry I sound like a commercial!

Don't be sooo vain, be happy with your lot. Most guys loook at the whole picture not bit and pieces. You should be trying to emphasize you better parts, not look upon the lesser bits.
